Job summary

Plasticard Locktech International is seeking an organized and detail-oriented team member to support remote account managers and the customer care team. The role emphasizes processing proofs, coordinating with planning and personalization teams, and handling fulfillment tasks through the ERP system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency.
• Work well independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Print job notes, art sheets and/or old art proofs and hand in to the prepress department for remote account managers and customer care team.
• Move tickets to planning with signed art proofs, job notes, color target for the remote account managers and customer care team.
• Print and hand in data forms to the personalization team for the remote account managers and customer care team.
• Ship out customer collateral including test cards, hard copy proofs, color samples, First Cases, and finished production samples for the remote account managers and customer care team.
• Process Virtual First Case forms as completed by the personalization team.
• Process fulfillment order requests from customers through the ERP system.
• Archive completed production tickets and related paperwork in a clean and organized manner.
• Other duties as assigned by the Customer Care manager.
