Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required due to driving as an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person homeowner assessments; determine if corrective work is needed and lead root-cause analysis.
• Schedule, organize, and execute service work through vendors with the Customer Care Coordinator.
• Manage trades to completion to customers’ satisfaction and perform minor service tasks.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and ensure build quality prior to delivery.
• Determine trade accountability for back charges and FPOs; authorize payment up to limits.
• Follow applicable legal protocol and address vendor performance issues.
• Maintain customer satisfaction metrics and drive repeat/referral business through feedback.
• This is a professional customer-facing role with division dress code; perform other duties as assigned.
