Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. in the Ft. Lauderdale area is seeking a Customer Care Manager II to lead in-home service coordination, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions for homeowner issues.

You will manage trades, approve payments within limits, and maintain strong relationships while upholding quality standards. You will monitor customer satisfaction metrics, contribute to warranty processes, and support continuous improvement across the service team.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person homeowner assessments to determine if a corrective work order is needed.
• Lead root-cause analysis and coordinate service work with vendors and the Customer Care Coordinator.
• Manage trades to completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform minor service tasks and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Oversee build quality confirmation prior to home delivery and determine trade accountability for back charges.
• Authorize payments for work performed within approval limits and address vendor performance issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive repeat/referral business.
