Job summary
Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring for an Email + Voice customer service representative in the United States. The role requires excellent verbal skills in Hindi and English and offers a monthly CTC of 18k–19k with take-home around 14k–15k, plus a quarterly bonus.
The position supports rotational 9-hour shifts including night shifts; undergrad also eligible. PF & ESIC facilities are available, and a proper laptop and reliable wifi are required.
