Job summary

Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle inquiries by calls, chats, and emails. You will resolve issues, manage order-related service requests, and maintain customer satisfaction through courteous communication.

Requirements include English and Hindi proficiency, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10+, and willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts with 6 working days and one weekly off. Training and certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Education: Undergraduate/Graduate from any stream.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Laptop/desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or above.
• Stable Wi‑Fi/internet connection is mandatory.
• Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Comfortable with 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
• Comfortable using a personal phone for work-related calls through a masked system.
• Must be comfortable appearing on camera during interview, training, and working hours.
• Training will be provided after selection, with certification on completion of training.
