Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC in Irving, TX, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Director to lead the end-to-end customer account lifecycle, ensure accurate account setup, timely issue resolution, and drive service performance.

The role partners with Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and sustain disciplined processes that improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management or customer care operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience using performance metrics and data to drive improvements.
• Experience in multi-location or distribution environments preferred.
• Experience developing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer account setup and activation.
• Drive timely resolution of account-related service requests.
• Manage on-site account reviews and documentation.
• Own the OTIF delivery process and improve performance.
• Lead the Customer Care team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
