Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Directors of Field Operations in Irving, TX. The role leads enterprise-wide process governance across field operations and technical service to ensure safe, reliable execution across territories and service centers.

Responsibilities include standardizing workflows, governing work orders, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires leadership, strong writing and analytical skills, and travel to service centers and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience standardizing processes across dispersed teams, including SOPs, SWIs, and governance systems.
• Strong analytical, writing, facilitation, and communication skills are required.
• Experience in field operations, technical service, or multi-site operations is needed.

Responsibilities

• Govern enterprise standards for field operations and technical service, including SOPs and work order management.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, and adoption tools for consistent execution.
• Identify process variation and benchmark best practices for scalable standards.
• Monitor performance metrics such as service windows and escalation handling.
• Conduct audits, Gemba walks, and corrective action for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, IT, HR, and leadership.
