Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
Customer service experience.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
Regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and send customer communications (print letters/labels, assemble mailings, prep shipments).
Make outbound calls to confirm customer receipt/acknowledgment of notifications.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and route/coordinate resolution with internal teams.
Maintain detailed records of customer communications and outcomes.
Perform accurate data entry and tracking (Excel + other tools).
Escalate complex issues when needed and follow established procedures.
