Job summary

VIN CUST: Vincitgroup in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator. You will receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints, and input orders with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service and data entry experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders from sales team and customers.
• Input customer and account data accurately within time limits.
• Verify data for accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Communicate order details, prices and delays clearly to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with accounts payable to keep customer accounts current.
• Back up team members as needed.
