Job summary

You will handle inquiries from customers and dealerships by phone and email, resolve issues, and document all interactions in CRM software. Training will be provided and automotive experience is not required.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organization, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected. Schedule is M-F, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications
