Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is looking to hire a customer care coordinator to join an automotive manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering valuable experience in a professional corporate environment.

Pay is $24/hour with a M-F 8:00am-5:00pm schedule. Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalent, strong communication, 65+ WPM typing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel are required. Automotive experience is not required; training will be provided.

• Communicate with customers, automotive dealerships, and third parties by phone and email
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Document interactions and case activity in a CRM system
• Research warranties, policies, programs, and applicable laws
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet department goals

What We’re Looking For
