Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including client information, equipment detail entry, and funding eligibility verification.
• Performs data entry, clerical tasks, assists with inventory, and accepts deliveries as needed.
