Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.
• Proficient with standard computer applications and data entry.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage requests and inquiries in a helpful, professional manner.
• Coordinate order management with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Assist in completion of work orders, verify client information and equipment details, and confirm eligibility for funding.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory, and accept deliveries as needed.
