Service Partners in Columbus, OH is seeking a customer service representative to be the primary contact for branch orders and product information. You will work with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
