Job summary

Associa in Troy, MI is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice and trusted resource for customers, helping them navigate questions, solve problems, and feel supported every step of the way. This full-time, in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with occasional overtime.

You will resolve billing questions, assist with account inquiries, and guide customers through HOA processes while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and deliver

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environments a plus).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm, helpful experience every time
• Partner with customers to resolve billing questions and account inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, easy-to-understand solutions
• Help customers understand their accounts, payment options, and HOA processes.
• Stay cool under pressure, especially when assisting in urgent or sensitive situations.
