Job summary

Associa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers by phone or email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, service-oriented mindset. You will act as a primary contact for visitors and help maintain accurate homeowner and association records in shared files.

In this role you will use conflict resolution techniques, support billing inquiries, provide basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of directly related or closely related experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the office when needed.
• Update homeowner and association information in C3 and shared files.
• Use conflict resolution techniques to resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
• Assess the customer's needs and translate into solutions.
• Process print jobs, scanning and faxing as general office support when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
