Job summary

Chamberlain Group’s Columbus, OH location is seeking an Associate II in Customer and Branch Operations. You will enter and expedite orders, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain on-site branch processes while supporting inventory and will-call activities.

The role requires strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift experience is a plus, with opportunities in a safety-focused, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with customers to provide product information and order status.
• Enter orders into the system and expedite them per established processes.
• Follow up on open orders and relay shipping information.
• Operate forklift and assist with inventory and restocking.
• Assist will-call customers and review dealer web orders for special handling.
• Ensure safety and quality by following standard work and policies.
