Job summary

First Horizon Bank seeks a retail teller to provide quality customer service and accurate processing of daily financial transactions in an on-site environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle cash, process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawers, and promote bank products through referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer and security controls per audit policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Process bonds, money orders and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Balance cash and assist with ATM processing and entries.
• Verify deposits for night and lobby depository.
• Support dual-control vault responsibilities.
• Stay updated on policies to ensure compliance.
