Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. You will serve as the first point of contact, assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments, and promote bank products to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver quality customer service and refer clients to bank products.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with strict accuracy, following audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Balance daily transactions and assist with ATM processing and night depository checks.
• Provide excellent client service and identify cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
