Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a teller to provide accurate customer service in a retail banking setting. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine financial transactions while promoting bank products and cross-selling opportunities.

The role emphasizes cash handling, adherence to audit policies, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work on-site, following standard banking hours, with opportunities to participate in training and product knowledge meetings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Handle a cash drawer with proper control and follow audit and security policies.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.).
Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions.
Assist in the verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository.
Assist with dual control vault responsibilities.
Stay informed of operational updates and changes to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
