Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch through seminars and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety of assets and compliance with laws.
