Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will help build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and handling deposits, payments, digital access products and lending.

The role requires strong communication, client focus, and adaptability to serve customers in a transactional and sales capacity while collaborating with bank partners to deliver excellent financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in customer support role at First Citizens Bank or participation in a First Citizens development program.

Responsibilities

• Sales: achieve financial, production, and relationship targets; engage customers, prospects, and referral sources; represent the Bank in community events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Service Standards: foster partnerships, uncover sales/referral opportunities, listen and ask questions to address needs, support Bank initiatives with coaching and tools.
• Operations and Administration: comply with regulations and policies, complete training on deadlines, manage deposits accurately, ensure efficiency.
