Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Retail banking, cash handling or financial services experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects the bank's brand promise.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Identify customer needs and refer to colleagues for financial solutions.
• Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
• Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure seamless service.
