Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combined education/experience.
• Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service reflecting the bank's brand.
• Accurately process customer transactions following policies and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer to colleagues for financial solutions.
• Promote current offers, products, and services to benefit customers.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Support daily branch operations, including vaults, night drops, and ATMs.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches to ensure seamless service.
