Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years banking experience preferred.
• 1–3 years administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller platform including cash verification and deposits.
• Assist with end-of-day processing and check imaging for accuracy.
• Provide account information and complete telephone transfers per bank policies.
• Open new deposit accounts and help customers access and manage products.
• Promote and sell additional bank products and services to generate customer action.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and act as liaison between customers and bank.
