Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teller in Delray Beach to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records, while safeguarding all monies. You will educate clients on digital banking and support outbound outreach and Integrated Relationship Management initiatives.

Responsibilities include delivering a distinctive client experience, upholding branch controls, and advancing product knowledge through ongoing training and collaboration with branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and processing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate fully in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training to serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution; handle workload as branch demands.
