Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a client-focused teller/relations role in Atlanta. You will complete client transactions accurately, educate customers on digital banking, and support outbound outreach to identify needs and opportunities.

Beyond core duties, you’ll engage in IRM-aligned solutions, participate in branch leadership routines, and pursue ongoing training to deepen product knowledge while upholding strong controls and risk management policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience is required.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends or extended hours may be required.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to expand product knowledge and compliance with policies.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
