Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular teller/customer service associate in Delray Beach, FL. You will provide timely client transactions, maintain records, and deliver high-quality service while uncovering financial needs.

The role involves educating clients on digital banking, participating in outbound outreach, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. You will work with the team to meet branch goals and adhere to internal controls and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Stay informed of policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
