Job summary

American Savings Bank in Hawaii is seeking a customer-focused banking associate to help customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and everyday banking needs at our East Region locations. You will ask questions to understand financial goals and suggest ASB products to improve their financial well‑being.

You will foster relationships, explain product features, and refer customers to partners to support branch goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and delivering

Responsibilities

• Make banking easy by handling deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments and recording deposits.
• Provide solutions by building relationships, identifying customer needs, answering inquiries, and promoting ASB products and services.
• Comply with banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/AML.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and provide in-person education at the branch.
