Job summary

American Savings Bank is seeking a friendly teller in Hawaii to help customers with everyday banking needs. You will process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments while delivering courteous service.

By building relationships, you will identify financial needs and refer customers to ASB products. You will also educate customers about digital banking options and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments; record night and mail deposits.
• Through building and deepening relationships, identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and promote ASB products and services.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Educate customers on anytime, anywhere banking options with in-person guidance.
