Responsibilities

• Make banking easy. Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Record night and mail deposits.
• Provide solutions. Build and deepen relationships, identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. Explain and promote features and benefits of bank products and services and refer customers to business partners when appropriate.
• Get stuff done the right way. Comply with banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Educate on anytime, anywhere banking options. Provide personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.
