American Savings Bank seeks a friendly teller to assist customers with day‑to‑day banking needs in Hawaii. You will process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and mail/night deposits while building trustful relationships with diverse customers.

You will identify customer needs, promote ASB products, and reference business partners as appropriate, all while complying with BSA/AML regulations and offering education on digital banking options.

• Provide account services to customers, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and recording night and mail deposits.
• Identify customer needs, explain and promote bank products, and refer customers to business partners as appropriate.
• Comply with banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Provide personalized, in-person education on digital banking options.
