WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to help customers with financial needs, open new accounts, and submit loan applications. The role includes promoting digital banking, handling teller transactions, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced branch environment.

Hires undergo a 4-6 month training program to learn transaction processing, referral techniques, and relationship-building to grow the branch customer base.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Must have a proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Must have proven, excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers regarding financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests.
• Promote WSFS Bank's digital banking services.
