WSFS Bank is seeking a personable Personal Banker to build trusted relationships, open new accounts, and guide loan applications through in-person interactions and calls. You will resolve customer inquiries, promote the Bank's digital services, and process teller transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role includes a 4-6 month training period designed to position you for success within our branch network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Must have proven, excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests.
• Promote the Bank's digital banking services and assist with teller transactions.
• Engage customers with outbound calling and relationship-building efforts.
• Ensure transactions are processed timely, accurately, and courteously.
• Participate in a 4-6 month training program to apply knowledge and skills.
