Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deepen customer relationships by offering products and services tailored to financial needs. The role involves opening new accounts, handling teller transactions, and guiding customers to WSFS digital banking tools.

The position requires cash handling, face-to-face customer service, and sales skills, with a flexible schedule including Saturdays. A base salary is provided with additional incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to market Bank products and services.
• Experience in a retail sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers on financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Assist with teller transactions and process various transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote WSFS Bank digital banking services.
