Job summary

RXO, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Analyst to support customer-facing analytics and reporting. You will identify trends, escalate risks, and contribute to data-driven insights while collaborating with senior analysts and managers to resolve issues and ensure reporting accuracy.

The role focuses on supporting reviews, dashboards, and standardized reports, with emphasis on data validation and timely delivery in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting customers, operations, or analytics functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support trend analysis to surface key performance insights and operational risks for assigned accounts.
• Assist with preparing operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Support query development, dashboard updates, and standardized report templates under guidance.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of customer deliverables by validating data, proofreading reports, and maintaining consistent formatting.
• Monitor account utilization and flag opportunities or concerns for escalation to senior team members.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to reporting, service performance, and basic operational metrics.
