RXO, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Customer Solutions in Charlotte, NC to lead customer-facing meetings and drive performance improvements across Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will act as a sales analyst for your region, manage revenue, margins, and profitability, and develop plans to maximize market share for focus accounts.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, trend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the overall customer experience and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work.
• 5 years sales experience in logistics & transportation industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Act as the sales analyst in the assigned region, partnering with your Customer Solutions leader.
• Maintain responsibility for revenue, margin, and profitability growth for all focus accounts within a brokerage region.
• Develop corrective strategies for under-penetrated and unprofitable accounts.
• Determine the potential of each focus account and create an action plan to attain highest market share possible.
• Monitor revenue achievement by customer and take action with key stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
• Encourage success in sales initiatives and share best practices.
• Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights to enable data-driven decisions and reduce customer churn.
• Facilitate operational reporting for monthly/quarterly business reviews for assigned focus account.
