Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates at our Wyoming, MI site to deliver happiness and world-class service to customers. The role emphasizes physical tasks, safe driving, and accurate documentation, with a shift from 11am to 9pm and seven-day availability.

You will join a fast-growing, Fortune 500 company offering strong earning potential and career growth. Starting pay is $17 per hour with progression to $19 based on performance, plus benefits like 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers and complete accompanying paperwork.
• Load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler for safe operation.
• Maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Keep a clean driving record and comply with Carvana policies.
• Obtain a Notary public license within 90 days where required.
• Meet state-specific DMV/title/access requirements for vehicles.
• Some states require a Chauffeur's license or equivalent within two weeks.
