Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join the team. The role offers shift options from 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm, with seven-day availability and rotating days off.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with potential growth to $21 per hour based on performance. Benefits include 401(k) with Carvana match, potential overtime, health and wellness coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and an employee stock plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must pass drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers.
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and add notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
