Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our growing team. The role offers a starting rate of $19 per hour, with potential increases to $21 per hour based on performance, and opportunities for growth through our Careers Not Jobs program.

Hours run 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm, with seven-day availability and rotating days off. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer-facing experience required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our car haulers; training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers; ensure safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and add notes in our tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow Carvana policies.
• Obtain Notary in local jurisdiction within first 90 days (sponsored).
• Meet state-specific licensing requirements as described.
