Job summary

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedding in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. The Customer Activation role focuses on delivering value to customers and revenue for Ramp by implementing Ramp’s products for newly closed customers and guiding the onboarding journey.

You will help shape the implementation organization and customer strategy to enable fast, effective value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Ramp’s products for newly closed customers.
• Ability to build and refine the implementation organization and customer strategy.
• Experience managing onboarding projects to ensure customers realize value from Ramp’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Educate new customers on Ramp’s functionality and best practices during onboarding.
• Understand customers' current workflows, pain points, and barriers to full rollout.
• Drive revenue by avoiding delays in the implementation process and reinforcing Ramp's value.
