Job summary

Mouser Electronics, a global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, is seeking a Credit Operations Manager in Mansfield, Texas. You will lead the Customer Accounts team, coach staff, schedule workflows, cover for absent colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in credit processes.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels.

Qualifications

Knowledge of credit processes and policies.
Experience in customer account management and collections.
Ability to coach and train staff and new hires.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains productive work teams through coaching and training.
Manages workflow of Customer Account Reps and covers for staff when they are out.
Provides credit services via multiple channels and maintains high volume of contacts.
Monitors and approves order releases, new account setups, and credit investigations.
Communicates with customers to resolve account issues and invoice discrepancies.
Provides Service Orders and recommends large-dollar credit limits.
Defines problems, collects data, and draws valid conclusions.
Maintains company policies and analyzes impact of decisions.
