Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years relevant supervisory experience.
• 4–5 years supervisory or management experience in a high-volume warehouse.
• Experience in leading teams and training.
• Internal Mouser candidates: 2+ years as Team Lead or Supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a productive warehouse operations team by hiring qualified personnel, utilizing effective communication and motivational techniques, providing ongoing performance management, rewarding higher levels of performance and by providing effective training, development, and succession planning.
• Oversees warehouse systems, resources, and daily activities to ensure excellent service levels, low transactional cost, and high quality; communicates during team talks, department meetings and warehouse announcements.
• Ensures policies and processes are documented and employees are trained in standard operating procedures.
• Directs the work of two or more full-time employees, makes recommendations on performance and status changes, and meets turnover goals.
• Maintains quality and productivity metrics and implements process improvements to increase warehouse productivity and customer experience.
