Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Sherman, TX to help customers with lease renewals and payments.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive timely payments and renewals, ensuring satisfaction with the program. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the energy to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 19+ years old in the United States with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers with non-renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Encourage timely lease payments and renewals to drive revenue.
