Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. in Sherman, Texas is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers through lease renewals and payment collections while building relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction with ownership paths.

Strong communication, empathy and multitasking are essential as you maintain accounts, contact customers who have not renewed, and help the sales team meet daily revenue and renewal goals in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• US candidates 19+ with a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with dolly

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts in the store computer system and document payments
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases (in home and by phone)
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments
• Assist Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate it
