Job summary

Aaron’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payments, building relationships over the phone and in-store to guide ownership. You will maintain accounts, schedule payments, and support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers for lease renewals and payments via phone and in-person.
• Promote timely renewal payments and explain benefits of leases.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries as directed.
