Job summary

Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payments and lease renewals, building relationships with customers to help them achieve ownership of their merchandise.

You will work with customers by phone and in-person, support daily revenue targets, and maintain accurate account records in-store systems. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and 18 in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license and consent to MVR check.
• DOT certification if required by location.
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs alone; up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers via phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and maintenance logs.
• Load and secure products and operate company vehicles.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
