Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and contact those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or in person.
