Job summary

Aaron’s Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers toward ownership of their merchandise. The role focuses on payments, renewals and building strong relationships over the phone and in person to ensure customer satisfaction.

The position includes incentive pay based on performance, a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must meet driving and age requirements as outlined.>

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on collections and renewals.
• Ability to explain terms clearly and handle difficult conversations.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with revenue and renewal goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store systems.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and contact those with expired/unsold agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as needed.
• Maintain route and maintenance records, and safely operate company vehicle.
• Process returned merchandise and ensure proper certification where required.
