Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage order to invoice process and ensure timely delivery.
• Process orders via EDI and SAP ERP; enter orders from email/portal.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, shipping, and credit to ensure accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction.
• Provide sales support and resolve payment discrepancies.
